Emily Vargas.
Storyteller and strategy nerd who studies how spaces make you feel–then builds campaigns that can do the same.

A little about my background.
Growing up in Southern California, stories shape everything around me. Everything from the way a theme park makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another world, to how a campaign shifting the way people see a team, brand, or cause. This curiosity led me to USC Annenberg, where I’ve spent the last few years studying communications while picking up real experience early. Interning with the LA Dodgers Foundation and Infinity Marketing Team since my freshman year, I’ve had the opportunity to work across sports, philanthropy, and experiential spaces.
Graduating my with my B.A. in the class of 2026, I’ll be heading straight into my M.A. in Public Relations and Advertising at USC. When I’m not in strategy mode you’ll find me at Dodger Stadium, down a documentary rabbit hole, or somewhere trying new food!
My focus & services.
My work lives at the intersection of strategy and storytelling. Whether I’m building a narrative-driven campaign, diving into audience research, or thinking through how a brand shows up in a physical space I am always asking the same question: how does this make someone feel, and why does that matter?.
I’m drawn to projects that have stakes whether that’s sports, culture, entertainment, or social impact. Together we can create narratives that turn audiences into communities and moments into memories.
